Salary: $103,450 - 197,730 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Operations Research, Data and/or Business Analysis, Data Science, or another business or quantitative field; or four years of relevant education and/or experience.
• Six years of data and analytics experience; alternatively, four years in data and analytics plus up to two years of progressive, relevant industry experience, or an advanced degree in a quantitative analytics field plus four years of relevant data, analytics, or industry experience.
• Demonstrated ability to develop innovative approaches to moderately complex business problems.
• Advanced experience creating business deliverables with business intelligence or data management platforms, or SQL-based tools and languages such as Tableau, Business Objects, Snowflake, Hadoop, Netezza, NoSQL, or ANSI SQL.
• Expert ability to build business knowledge through effective partnerships with individual contributors and leaders.
• Expert communication and presentation skills, including the ability to present to all levels of management.
• Ability to incorporate intuitive storytelling into business intelligence solutions and clearly present complex technical details.

• Lead and participate in gathering complex business requirements, partnering with customers to define business problems and data needs.
• Use knowledge of data structures and sources to lead the development and implementation of business intelligence solutions, including visualization, transformation, and data collection.
• Partner with IT teams on analytic infrastructure, data engineering, and related business intelligence initiatives, including technical standards and governance practices.
• Apply data visualization best practices to identify and interpret trends and patterns while following enterprise branding standards.
• Use prototyping, usability principles, and end-user experience considerations to improve dashboards, reports, insights, and analyses.
• Advise stakeholders and end users on data visualization to drive business value.
• Apply systems thinking to influence data, information, and application architecture decisions.
• Potentially champion Agile methods, execution, and team education on best practices.
• Potentially guide internal teams on business intelligence tools, techniques, and processes.
• Participate in industry, center-of-excellence, and other relevant groups to track trends and share best practices.
• Identify, measure, monitor, and control risks in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
