The pay range is $75,400.00 - $135,700.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. About the Role: As a UX Researcher - AI Enablement, you will contribute research that helps Target understand and improve AI-enabled and agentic experiences for technical and product practitioners and other enterprise team members. This individual-contributor role focuses on scoped projects with immediate impact at the project and team level. You will work with Lead and Director-level researchers, applying established qualitative and quantitative methods to well-defined questions and contributing to larger programs and pilots. With direction and guidance, you will contribute to research planning, conduct straightforward studies, participate in analysis and synthesis, and communicate findings that support product and experience decisions. You will also support responsible AI enablement within UX Research by helping test new tools, document effective workflows, and keep research knowledge organized and reusable. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners across UX, Product, Technology, Data Science, Analytics, and the business while building your craft and technical understanding.
